وَهُوَ الَّذِي فِي السَّمَاءِ إِلَـٰهٌ وَفِي الْأَرْضِ إِلَـٰهٌ ۚ وَهُوَ الْحَكِيمُ الْعَلِيمُ

Transliteration
-
вəhувəль-лəз̃ии фиис-сəмəə`и илəəhуу-вəфииль-əрды илəəh, вəhувəль-həкиимуль-'əлиим
-
И Он — Тот, Кто на небе Бог и на земле Бог. И Он — Мудрый, Знающий!

Göylərdə də, yerdə də məbud Odur. Odur möhkəm yaradılış və idarə sahibi və (hər şeyi) bilən.

It is He who is God in the sky, and God on the earth, and He is the All-Wise, the All-Knowing.
