23. (И не посылали Мы)

  • 36:48
    وَيَقُولُونَ مَتَىٰ هَـٰذَا الْوَعْدُ إِن كُنتُمْ صَادِقِينَ

    вəйəќуулююнə мəтəə həəз̃əəль-вə'ду иŋŋ-куŋŋтум сōōдиќиин

    And they say, ‘When will this promise be fulfilled, should you be truthful?’

    مَا يَنظُرُونَ إِلَّا صَيْحَةً وَاحِدَةً تَأْخُذُهُمْ وَهُمْ يَخِصِّمُونَ

    мəə йəŋŋз̃уруунə ильлəə сōйhəтəу-вəəhидəтəн тə`хуз̃уhум вəhум йəхыссымуун

    They do not await but a single Cry that will seize them as they wrangle.

  • 36:50
    فَلَا يَسْتَطِيعُونَ تَوْصِيَةً وَلَا إِلَىٰ أَهْلِهِمْ يَرْجِعُونَ

    фəлəə йəстəтыы'уунə тəусыйəтəу-вəлəə илəə əhлиhим йəрджи'уун

    Then they will not be able to make any will, nor will they return to their folks.

  • 36:51
    وَنُفِخَ فِي الصُّورِ فَإِذَا هُم مِّنَ الْأَجْدَاثِ إِلَىٰ رَبِّهِمْ يَنسِلُونَ

    вəнуфихō фиис-суури фə`из̃əə hум-минəль-əдждəəc̃и илəə рōббиhим йəŋŋсилююн

    And when the Trumpet is blown, behold, there they will be, scrambling towards their Lord from their graves!

    قَالُوا يَا وَيْلَنَا مَن بَعَثَنَا مِن مَّرْقَدِنَا  ۜ  ۗ هَـٰذَا مَا وَعَدَ الرَّحْمَـٰنُ وَصَدَقَ الْمُرْسَلُونَ

    ќōōлюю йəə вəйлəнəə мəмм-бə'əc̃əнəə мимм-мəрќōдинəə, həəз̃əə мəə вə'əдəр-рōhмəəну вəсōдəќōль-мурсəлююн

    They will say, ‘Woe to us! Who raised us from our place of sleep?’ ‘This is what the All-beneficent had promised, and the apostles had spoken the truth!’

    إِن كَانَتْ إِلَّا صَيْحَةً وَاحِدَةً فَإِذَا هُمْ جَمِيعٌ لَّدَيْنَا مُحْضَرُونَ

    иŋŋ-кəəнəт ильлəə сōйhəтəу-вəəhидəтəн фə`из̃əə hум джəмии'уль-лəдəйнəə муhдōруун

    It will be but a single Cry, and, behold, they will all be presented before Us!

    فَالْيَوْمَ لَا تُظْلَمُ نَفْسٌ شَيْئًا وَلَا تُجْزَوْنَ إِلَّا مَا كُنتُمْ تَعْمَلُونَ

    фəəльйəумə лəə туз̃лəму нəфсун шэй`əу-вəлəə туджзəунə ильлəə мəə куŋŋтум тə'мəлююн

    ‘Today no soul will be wronged in the least, nor will you be requited except for what you used to do.’

    إِنَّ أَصْحَابَ الْجَنَّةِ الْيَوْمَ فِي شُغُلٍ فَاكِهُونَ

    иннə əсhəəбəль-джəннəтиль-йəумə фии шуґулин фəəкиhуун

    Indeed today the inhabitants of paradise rejoice in their engagements

    هُمْ وَأَزْوَاجُهُمْ فِي ظِلَالٍ عَلَى الْأَرَائِكِ مُتَّكِئُونَ

    hум вə`əзвəəджуhум фии з̃ылəəлин 'əлəəль-əрōō`ики муттəки`уун

    —they and their mates, reclining on couches in the shades.

    لَهُمْ فِيهَا فَاكِهَةٌ وَلَهُم مَّا يَدَّعُونَ

    лəhум фииhəə фəəкиhəтуу-вəлəhум-мəə йəддə'уун

    There they have fruits, and they have whatever they want.

    سَلَامٌ قَوْلًا مِّن رَّبٍّ رَّحِيمٍ

    сəлəəмун ќōулəмм-мир-рōббир-рōhиим

    ‘Peace!’—a watchword from the all-merciful Lord.

    وَامْتَازُوا الْيَوْمَ أَيُّهَا الْمُجْرِمُونَ

    вəəмтəəзууль-йəумə əййуhəəль-муджримуун

    And ‘Get apart today, you guilty ones!’

     ۞ أَلَمْ أَعْهَدْ إِلَيْكُمْ يَا بَنِي آدَمَ أَن لَّا تَعْبُدُوا الشَّيْطَانَ  ۖ إِنَّهُ لَكُمْ عَدُوٌّ مُّبِينٌ

    əлəм ə'həд илəйкум йəə бəнии əəдəмə əль-лəə тə'будууш-шэйтōōн, иннəhу лəкум 'əдуувумм-мубиин

    ‘Did I not exhort you, O children of Adam, saying, “Do not worship Satan. He is indeed your manifest enemy.

    وَأَنِ اعْبُدُونِي  ۚ هَـٰذَا صِرَاطٌ مُّسْتَقِيمٌ

    вə`əни-'будууний, həəз̃əə сырōōтумм-мустəќиим

    Worship Me. That is a straight path”?

    وَلَقَدْ أَضَلَّ مِنكُمْ جِبِلًّا كَثِيرًا  ۖ أَفَلَمْ تَكُونُوا تَعْقِلُونَ

    вəлəќōд əдōльлə миŋŋкум джибильлəн кəc̃иирō, əфəлəм тəкуунуу тə'ќилююн

    Certainly, he has led astray many of your generations. Have you not exercised your reason?

    هَـٰذِهِ جَهَنَّمُ الَّتِي كُنتُمْ تُوعَدُونَ

    həəз̃иhи джəhəннəмуль-лəтии куŋŋтум туу'əдуун

    This is the hell you had been promised!

    اصْلَوْهَا الْيَوْمَ بِمَا كُنتُمْ تَكْفُرُونَ

    ислəуhəəль-йəумə бимəə куŋŋтум тəкфуруун

    Enter it today, because of what you used to deny.

    الْيَوْمَ نَخْتِمُ عَلَىٰ أَفْوَاهِهِمْ وَتُكَلِّمُنَا أَيْدِيهِمْ وَتَشْهَدُ أَرْجُلُهُم بِمَا كَانُوا يَكْسِبُونَ

    əльйəумə нəхтиму 'əлəə əфвəəhиhим вəтукəллимунəə əйдииhим вəтəшhəду əрджулюhумм-бимəə кəəнуу йəксибуун

    Today We shall seal their mouths, and their hands shall speak to Us, and their feet shall bear witness concerning what they used to earn.’

    وَلَوْ نَشَاءُ لَطَمَسْنَا عَلَىٰ أَعْيُنِهِمْ فَاسْتَبَقُوا الصِّرَاطَ فَأَنَّىٰ يُبْصِرُونَ

    вəлəу нəшəə`у лəтōмəснəə 'əлəə ə'йуниhим фəəстəбəќуус-сырōōтō фə`əннəə йубсыруун

    Had We wished We would have blotted out their eyes: then, were they to advance towards the path, how would have they seen?

    وَلَوْ نَشَاءُ لَمَسَخْنَاهُمْ عَلَىٰ مَكَانَتِهِمْ فَمَا اسْتَطَاعُوا مُضِيًّا وَلَا يَرْجِعُونَ

    вəлəу нəшəə`у лəмəсəхнəəhум 'əлəə мəкəəнəтиhим фəмəə-стəтōō'уу мудыййəу-вəлəə йəрджи'уун

    And had We wished We would have deformed them in their place; then they would neither have been able to move ahead nor to return.
