25. (К Нему возвращается)
  • 44:31

    مِن فِرْعَوْنَ  ۚ إِنَّهُ كَانَ عَالِيًا مِّنَ الْمُسْرِفِينَ

    миŋŋ-фир'əун, иннəhу кəəнə 'əəлийəмм-минəль-мусрифиин

    of Pharaoh. Indeed, he was a tyrant among the transgressors.
  • 44:32

    وَلَقَدِ اخْتَرْنَاهُمْ عَلَىٰ عِلْمٍ عَلَى الْعَالَمِينَ

    вəлəќōди-хтəрнəəhум 'əлəə 'ильмин 'əлəəль-'əəлəмиин

    Certainly We chose them knowingly above all the nations,
  • 44:33

    وَآتَيْنَاهُم مِّنَ الْآيَاتِ مَا فِيهِ بَلَاءٌ مُّبِينٌ

    вə`əəтəйнəəhум-минəль-əəйəəти мəə фииhи бəлəə`умм-мубиин

    and We gave them some signs in which there was a manifest test.
  • 44:34

    إِنَّ هَـٰؤُلَاءِ لَيَقُولُونَ

    иннə həə`улəə`и лəйəќуулююн

    These ones say,
  • 44:35

    إِنْ هِيَ إِلَّا مَوْتَتُنَا الْأُولَىٰ وَمَا نَحْنُ بِمُنشَرِينَ

    ин hийə ильлəə мəутəтунəəль-уулəə вəмəə нəhну бимуŋŋшəриин

    ‘It will be only our first death, and we shall not be resurrected.
  • 44:36

    فَأْتُوا بِآبَائِنَا إِن كُنتُمْ صَادِقِينَ

    фə`туу би`əəбəə`инəə иŋŋ-куŋŋтум сōōдиќиин

    Bring our fathers back [to life], if you are truthful.’
  • 44:37

    أَهُمْ خَيْرٌ أَمْ قَوْمُ تُبَّعٍ وَالَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِهِمْ  ۚ أَهْلَكْنَاهُمْ  ۖ إِنَّهُمْ كَانُوا مُجْرِمِينَ

    əhум хōйрун əм ќōуму туббə'иу-вəəльлəз̃иинə миŋŋ-ќōблиhим, əhлəкнəəhум, иннəhум кəəнуу муджримиин

    Are they better, or the people of Tubba‘, and those who were before them? We destroyed them; indeed, they were guilty.
  • 44:38

    وَمَا خَلَقْنَا السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضَ وَمَا بَيْنَهُمَا لَاعِبِينَ

    вəмəə хōлəќнəəс-сəмəəвəəти вəəль`əрдō вəмəə бэйнəhумəə лəə'ибиин

    We did not create the heavens and the earth and whatever is between them for play.
  • 44:39

    مَا خَلَقْنَاهُمَا إِلَّا بِالْحَقِّ وَلَـٰكِنَّ أَكْثَرَهُمْ لَا يَعْلَمُونَ

    мəə хōлəќнəəhумəə ильлəə би-ль-həќќи вəлəəкиннə əкc̃əрōhум лəə йə'лəмуун

    We did not create them except with consummate wisdom; but most of them do not know.
  • 44:40

    إِنَّ يَوْمَ الْفَصْلِ مِيقَاتُهُمْ أَجْمَعِينَ

    иннə йəумəль-фəсли мииќōōтуhум əджмə'иин

    Indeed the Day of Judgement is the tryst for them all,
  • 44:41

    يَوْمَ لَا يُغْنِي مَوْلًى عَن مَّوْلًى شَيْئًا وَلَا هُمْ يُنصَرُونَ

    йəумə лəə йуґнии мəулəн 'əмм-мəулəн шэй`əу-вəлəə hум йуŋŋсōруун

    the day when a friend will not avail a friend in any way, nor will they be helped,
  • 44:42

    إِلَّا مَن رَّحِمَ اللَّهُ  ۚ إِنَّهُ هُوَ الْعَزِيزُ الرَّحِيمُ

    ильлəə мəр-рōhимəл-лаh, иннəhу hувəль-'əзиизур-рōhиим

    except for him on whom Allah has mercy. Indeed He is the All-mighty, the All-merciful.
  • 44:43

    إِنَّ شَجَرَتَ الزَّقُّومِ

    иннə шəджəрōтəз-зəќќуум

    Indeed the tree of Zaqqum
  • 44:44

    طَعَامُ الْأَثِيمِ

    тō'əəмуль-əc̃иим

    will be the food of the sinful.
  • 44:45

    كَالْمُهْلِ يَغْلِي فِي الْبُطُونِ

    кəəльмуhли йəґлии фииль-бутуун

    Like molten copper it will boil in their bellies,
  • 44:46

    كَغَلْيِ الْحَمِيمِ

    кəґōльйиль-həмиим

    seething like boiling water.
  • 44:47

    خُذُوهُ فَاعْتِلُوهُ إِلَىٰ سَوَاءِ الْجَحِيمِ

    хуз̃ууhу фəə'тилююhу илəə сəвəə`иль-джəhиим

    [The keepers of hell will be told,] ‘Seize him and drag him to the middle of hell,
  • 44:48

    ثُمَّ صُبُّوا فَوْقَ رَأْسِهِ مِنْ عَذَابِ الْحَمِيمِ

    c̃уммə суббуу фəуќō рō`сиhи мин 'əз̃əəбиль-həмиим

    then pour over his head boiling water as punishment,
  • 44:49

    ذُقْ إِنَّكَ أَنتَ الْعَزِيزُ الْكَرِيمُ

    з̃уќ иннəкə əŋŋтəль-'əзиизуль-кəриим

    [and tell them,] “Taste this! Indeed you are the [self-styled] mighty and noble!
  • 44:50

    إِنَّ هَـٰذَا مَا كُنتُم بِهِ تَمْتَرُونَ

    иннə həəз̃əə мəə куŋŋтумм-биhи тəмтəруун

    This is what you used to doubt!’
