الٓمٓ١

Алиф, лəм, мим.

Alif, Lam, Meem.

تِلْكَ ءَايَـٰتُ ٱلْكِتَـٰبِ ٱلْحَكِيمِ٢

тилькə əəйəəтуль-китəəбиль-həкиим

These are the signs of the wise Book,

هُدًى وَرَحْمَةً لِّلْمُحْسِنِينَ٣

hудəу-вəрōhмəтəл-ли-ль-муhсиниин

a guidance and mercy for the virtuous,

ٱلَّذِينَ يُقِيمُونَ ٱلصَّلَوٲةَ وَيُؤْتُونَ ٱلزَّكَوٲةَ وَهُم بِٱلْأَخِرَةِ هُمْ يُوقِنُونَ٤

əль-лəз̃иинə йуќиимуунə ссōлəəтə вəйу'туунə ззəкəəтə вəhумм-биль-'əəхырōти hум йууќинуун

who maintain the prayer, pay the zakat, and are certain of the Hereafter.

أُوْلَـٰٓئِكَ عَلَىٰ هُدًى مِّن رَّبِّهِمْ‌ۖ وَأُوْلَـٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلْمُفْلِحُونَ٥

уулəə'икə 'əлəə hудəм-миррōббиhим, вə-уулəə'икə hумуль-муфлиhуун

Those follow their Lord’s guidance, and it is they who are the felicitous.

وَمِنَ ٱلنَّاسِ مَن يَشْتَرِى لَهْوَ ٱلْحَدِيثِ لِيُضِلَّ عَن سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ بِغَيْرِ عِلْمٍ وَيَتَّخِذَهَا هُزُوًا‌ۚ أُوْلَـٰٓئِكَ لَهُمْ عَذَابٌ مُّهِينٌ٦

вəминə ннəəси мəй-йəштəрии лəhвəль-həдииc̃и лийудыльлə 'əӈ-сəбиили льлəhи биґōйри 'ильмиу-вəйəттəхыз̃əhəə hузувə, уулəə'икə лəhум 'əз̃əəбумм-муhиин

Among the people is he who buys diversionary talk that he may lead [people] astray from Allah’s way without any knowledge, and he takes it in derision. For such there is a humiliating punishment.

وَإِذَا تُتْلَىٰ عَلَيْهِ ءَايَـٰتُنَا وَلَّىٰ مُسْتَكْبِرًا كَأَن لَّمْ يَسْمَعْهَا كَأَنَّ فِىٓ أُذُنَيْهِ وَقْرًا‌ۖ فَبَشِّرْهُ بِعَذَابٍ أَلِيمٍ٧

вəиз̃əə тутлəə 'əлэйhи əəйəəтунəə вəльлəə мустəкбирōн кəəль-лəм йəсмə'həə кəəннə фии уз̃унəйhи вəќрō, фəбəшширhу би'əз̃əəбин əлиим

When Our signs are recited to him he turns away disdainfully, as if he had not heard them [at all], as if there were a deafness in his ears. So inform him of a painful punishment.

إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ وَعَمِلُواْ ٱلصَّـٰلِحَـٰتِ لَهُمْ جَنَّـٰتُ ٱلنَّعِيمِ٨

иннəль-лəз̃иинə əəмəнуу вə'əмилюю ссōōлиhəəти лəhум джəннəəту ннə'иим

As for those who have faith and do righteous deeds, for them will be gardens of bliss,

خَـٰلِدِينَ فِيهَا‌ۖ وَعْدَ ٱللَّهِ حَقًّا‌ۚ وَهُوَ ٱلْعَزِيزُ ٱلْحَكِيمُ٩

хōōлидиинə фииhəə, вə'дə ллаhи həќќō, вəhувəль-'əзиизуль-həкиим

to remain in them [forever]—a true promise of Allah, and He is the All-mighty, the All-wise.

خَلَقَ ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٲتِ بِغَيْرِ عَمَدٍ تَرَوْنَهَا‌ۖ وَأَلْقَىٰ فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ رَوَٲسِىَ أَن تَمِيدَ بِكُمْ وَبَثَّ فِيهَا مِن كُلِّ دَآبَّةٍ‌ۚ وَأَنزَلْنَا مِنَ ٱلسَّمَآءِ مَآءً فَأَنۢبَتْنَا فِيهَا مِن كُلِّ زَوْجٍ كَرِيمٍ١٠

хōлəќō ссəмəəвəəти биґōйри 'əмəдин тəрōунəhəə, вəəльќōō фииль-əрды рōвəəсийə əӈ-тəмиидə бикум вəбəc̃c̃ə фииhəə миӈ-кулли дəəббəh, вəəӈзəльнəə минə ссəмəə'и мəə'əн фəəмм-бəтнəə фииhəə миӈ-кулли зəуджин кəриим

He created the heavens without any pillars that you may see, and cast firm mountains in the earth lest it should shake with you, and He has scattered in it every kind of animal. And We sent down water from the sky and caused every splendid kind [of plant] to grow in it.

هَـٰذَا خَلْقُ ٱللَّهِ فَأَرُونِى مَاذَا خَلَقَ ٱلَّذِينَ مِن دُونِهِۦ‌ۚ بَلِ ٱلظَّـٰلِمُونَ فِى ضَلَـٰلٍ مُّبِينٍ١١

həəз̃əə хōльќу ллаhи фəəруунии мəəз̃əə хōлəќō льлəз̃иинə миӈ-дууниh, бəли з̃з̃ōōлимуунə фии дōлəəлимм-мубиин

This is the creation of Allah. Now show Me what others besides Him have created. Indeed, the wrongdoers are in manifest error!

وَلَقَدْ ءَاتَيْنَا لُقْمَـٰنَ ٱلْحِكْمَةَ أَنِ ٱشْكُرْ لِلَّهِ‌ۚ وَمَن يَشْكُرْ فَإِنَّمَا يَشْكُرُ لِنَفْسِهِۦ‌ۖ وَمَن كَفَرَ فَإِنَّ ٱللَّهَ غَنِىٌّ حَمِيدٌ١٢

вəлəќōд əəтəйнəə люќмəəнəль-hикмəтə əни-шкур лильлəh, вəмəй-йəшкур фəиннəмəə йəшкуру линəфсиh, вəмəӈ-кəфəрō фəиннə ллаhə ґōниййун həмиид

Certainly We gave Luqman wisdom, saying, ‘Give thanks to Allah; and whoever gives thanks, gives thanks only for his own sake. And whoever is ungrateful, [let him know that] Allah is indeed all-sufficient, all-laudable.’

وَإِذْ قَالَ لُقْمَـٰنُ لِٱبْنِهِۦ وَهُوَ يَعِظُهُۥ يَـٰبُنَىَّ لَا تُشْرِكْ بِٱللَّهِ‌ۖ إِنَّ ٱلشِّرْكَ لَظُلْمٌ عَظِيمٌ١٣

вəиз̃ ќōōлə люќмəəну либниhи вəhувə йə'из̃уhу йəə бунəййə лəə тушрик биль-лəh, иннə шширкə лəз̃ульмун 'əз̃ыым

When Luqman said to his son, as he advised him: ‘O my son! Do not ascribe any partners to Allah. Polytheism is indeed a great injustice.’

وَوَصَّيْنَا ٱلْإِنسَـٰنَ بِوَٲلِدَيْهِ حَمَلَتْهُ أُمُّهُۥ وَهْنًا عَلَىٰ وَهْنٍ وَفِصَـٰلُهُۥ فِى عَامَيْنِ أَنِ ٱشْكُرْ لِى وَلِوَٲلِدَيْكَ إِلَىَّ ٱلْمَصِيرُ١٤

вəвəссōйнəəль-иӈсəəнə бивəəлидəйhи həмəлəтhу уммуhу вəhнəн 'əлəə вəhниу-вəфисōōлюhу фии 'əəмəйни əни-шкур лии вəливəəлидəйкə илəййəль-мəсыыр

We have enjoined man concerning his parents: His mother carried him through weakness upon weakness, and his weaning takes two years. Give thanks to Me and to your parents. To Me is the return.

وَإِن جَـٰهَدَاكَ عَلَىٰٓ أَن تُشْرِكَ بِى مَا لَيْسَ لَكَ بِهِۦ عِلْمٌ فَلَا تُطِعْهُمَا‌ۖ وَصَاحِبْهُمَا فِى ٱلدُّنْيَا مَعْرُوفًا‌ۖ وَٱتَّبِعْ سَبِيلَ مَنْ أَنَابَ إِلَىَّ‌ۚ ثُمَّ إِلَىَّ مَرْجِعُكُمْ فَأُنَبِّئُكُم بِمَا كُنتُمْ تَعْمَلُونَ١٥

вəиӈ-джəəhəдəəкə 'əлəə əӈ-тушрикə бии мəə лэйсə лəкə биhи 'ильмун фəлəə тут̣ы'hумəə, вəсōōhибhумəə фии ддунйəə мə'рууфə, вəəттəби' сəбиилə мəн əнəəбə илəйй, c̃уммə илəййə мəрджи'укум фəунəбби'укумм-бимəə куӈтум тə'мəлююн

But if they urge you to ascribe to Me as partner that of which you have no knowledge, then do not obey them. Keep their company honourably in this world and follow the way of those who turn to Me penitently. Then to Me will be your return, whereat I will inform you concerning what you used to do.

يَـٰبُنَىَّ إِنَّهَآ إِن تَكُ مِثْقَالَ حَبَّةٍ مِّنْ خَرْدَلٍ فَتَكُن فِى صَخْرَةٍ أَوْ فِى ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٲتِ أَوْ فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ يَأْتِ بِهَا ٱللَّهُ‌ۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ لَطِيفٌ خَبِيرٌ١٦

йəə бунəййə иннəhəə иӈ-тəку миc̃ќōōлə həббəтимм-мин хōрдəлин фəтəкуӈ-фии сōхрōтин əу фии ссəмəəвəəти əу фииль-əрды йəти биhəə ллаh, иннə ллаhə лəт̣ыыфун хōбиир

‘O my son! Even if it should be the weight of a mustard seed, and [even though] it should be in a rock, or in the heavens, or in the earth, Allah will produce it. Indeed Allah is all-attentive, all-aware.

يَـٰبُنَىَّ أَقِمِ ٱلصَّلَوٲةَ وَأْمُرْ بِٱلْمَعْرُوفِ وَٱنْهَ عَنِ ٱلْمُنكَرِ وَٱصْبِرْ عَلَىٰ مَآ أَصَابَكَ‌ۖ إِنَّ ذَٲلِكَ مِنْ عَزْمِ ٱلْأُمُورِ١٧

йəə бунəййə əќими ссōлəəтə вəмур биль-мə'рууфи вəəнhə 'əниль-муӈкəри вəəсбир 'əлəə мəə əсōōбəк, иннə з̃əəликə мин 'əзмиль-умуур

O my son! Maintain the prayer and bid what is right and forbid what is wrong, and be patient through whatever may befall you. That is indeed the steadiest of courses.

وَلَا تُصَعِّرْ خَدَّكَ لِلنَّاسِ وَلَا تَمْشِ فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ مَرَحًا‌ۖ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ لَا يُحِبُّ كُلَّ مُخْتَالٍ فَخُورٍ١٨

вəлəə тусō''ир хōддəкə лин-нəəси вəлəə тəмши фииль-əрды мəрōhə, иннə ллаhə лəə йуhиббу кульлə мухтəəлин фəхуур

Do not turn your cheek away disdainfully from the people, and do not walk exultantly on the earth. Indeed Allah does not like any swaggering braggart.

وَٱقْصِدْ فِى مَشْيِكَ وَٱغْضُضْ مِن صَوْتِكَ‌ۚ إِنَّ أَنكَرَ ٱلْأَصْوَٲتِ لَصَوْتُ ٱلْحَمِيرِ١٩

вəəќсыд фии мəшйикə вəəґдуд миӈ-сōутик, иннə əӈкəрōль-əсвəəти лəсōутуль-həмиир

Be modest in your bearing, and lower your voice. Indeed the ungainliest of voices is the donkey’s voice.’

أَلَمْ تَرَوْاْ أَنَّ ٱللَّهَ سَخَّرَ لَكُم مَّا فِى ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٲتِ وَمَا فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ وَأَسْبَغَ عَلَيْكُمْ نِعَمَهُۥ ظَـٰهِرَةً وَبَاطِنَةً‌ۗ وَمِنَ ٱلنَّاسِ مَن يُجَـٰدِلُ فِى ٱللَّهِ بِغَيْرِ عِلْمٍ وَلَا هُدًى وَلَا كِتَـٰبٍ مُّنِيرٍ٢٠

əлəм тəрōу əннə ллаhə сəххōрō лəкум-мəə фии ссəмəəвəəти вəмəə фииль-əрды вəəсбəґō 'əлэйкум ни'əмəhу з̃ōōhирōтəу-вəбəəт̣ынəh, вəминə ннəəси мəй-йуджəəдилю фии ллаhи биґōйри 'ильмиу-вəлəə hудəу-вəлəə китəəбимм-муниир

Do you not see that Allah has disposed for you whatever there is in the heavens and whatever there is in the earth and He has showered upon you His blessings, the outward, and the inward? Yet among the people are those who dispute concerning Allah without any knowledge or guidance or an illuminating scripture.

وَإِذَا قِيلَ لَهُمُ ٱتَّبِعُواْ مَآ أَنزَلَ ٱللَّهُ قَالُواْ بَلْ نَتَّبِعُ مَا وَجَدْنَا عَلَيْهِ ءَابَآءَنَآ‌ۚ أَوَلَوْ كَانَ ٱلشَّيْطَـٰنُ يَدْعُوهُمْ إِلَىٰ عَذَابِ ٱلسَّعِيرِ٢١

вəиз̃əə ќиилə лəhуму-ттəби'уу мəə əӈзəлə ллаhу ќōōлюю бəль нəттəби'у мəə вəджəднəə 'əлэйhи əəбəə'əнəə, əвəлəу кəəнə шшэйт̣ōōну йəд'ууhум илəə 'əз̃əəби ссə'иир

When they are told, ‘Follow what Allah has sent down,’ they say, ‘No, we will follow what we found our fathers following.’ What! Even if Satan be calling them to the punishment of the Blaze?

وَمَن يُسْلِمْ وَجْهَهُۥٓ إِلَى ٱللَّهِ وَهُوَ مُحْسِنٌ فَقَدِ ٱسْتَمْسَكَ بِٱلْعُرْوَةِ ٱلْوُثْقَىٰ‌ۗ وَإِلَى ٱللَّهِ عَـٰقِبَةُ ٱلْأُمُورِ٢٢

вəмəй-йуслим вəджhəhу илəə ллаhи вəhувə муhсинун фəќōди-стəмсəкə биль-'урвəтиль-вуc̃ќōō, вəилəə ллаhи 'əəќибəтуль-умуур

Whoever surrenders his heart to Allah and is virtuous, has certainly held fast to the firmest handle, and with Allah lies the outcome of all matters.

وَمَن كَفَرَ فَلَا يَحْزُنكَ كُفْرُهُۥٓ‌ۚ إِلَيْنَا مَرْجِعُهُمْ فَنُنَبِّئُهُم بِمَا عَمِلُوٓاْ‌ۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ عَلِيمُۢ بِذَاتِ ٱلصُّدُورِ٢٣

вəмəӈ-кəфəрō фəлəə йəhзуӈкə куфруh, илəйнəə мəрджи'уhум фəнунəбби'уhумм-бимəə 'əмилюу, иннə ллаhə 'əлиимумм-биз̃əəти ссудуур

As for those who are faithless, let their faithlessness not grieve you. To Us will be their return, and We will inform them about what they have done. Indeed Allah knows best what is in the breasts.

نُمَتِّعُهُمْ قَلِيلاً ثُمَّ نَضْطَرُّهُمْ إِلَىٰ عَذَابٍ غَلِيظٍ٢٤

нумəтти'уhум ќōлиилəн c̃уммə нəдт̣ōрруhум илəə 'əз̃əəбин ґōлииз̃

We will provide for them for a short time, then We will shove them toward a harsh punishment.

وَلَئِن سَأَلْتَهُم مَّنْ خَلَقَ ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٲتِ وَٱلْأَرْضَ لَيَقُولُنَّ ٱللَّهُ‌ۚ قُلِ ٱلْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ‌ۚ بَلْ أَكْثَرُهُمْ لَا يَعْلَمُونَ٢٥

вəлə'иӈ-сəəльтəhум-мəн хōлəќō ссəмəəвəəти вəəльəрдō лəйəќуулюннə ллаh, ќулиль-həмду лильлəh, бəль əкc̃əруhум лəə йə'лəмуун

If you ask them, ‘Who created the heavens and the earth?’ they will surely say, ‘Allah.’ Say, ‘All praise belongs to Allah!’ But most of them do not know.

لِلَّهِ مَا فِى ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٲتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ‌ۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ هُوَ ٱلْغَنِىُّ ٱلْحَمِيدُ٢٦

ли-Ллəhи мəə фии ссəмəəвəəти вəəльəрд, иннə ллаhə hувəль-ґōниййуль-həмиид

To Allah belongs whatever is in the heavens and the earth. Indeed Allah is the All-sufficient, the All-laudable.

وَلَوْ أَنَّمَا فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ مِن شَجَرَةٍ أَقْلَـٰمٌ وَٱلْبَحْرُ يَمُدُّهُۥ مِنۢ بَعْدِهِۦ سَبْعَةُ أَبْحُرٍ مَّا نَفِدَتْ كَلِمَـٰتُ ٱللَّهِ‌ۗ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ عَزِيزٌ حَكِيمٌ٢٧

вəлəу əннəмəə фииль-əрды миӈ-шəджəрōтин əќлəəмуу-вəəльбəhру йəмуддуhу мимм-бə'диhи сəб'əту əбhуримм-мəə нəфидəт кəлимəəту ллаh, иннə ллаhə 'əзиизун həкиим

If all the trees on the earth were pens, and the sea replenished with seven more seas [were ink], the words of Allah would not be spent. Indeed Allah is all-mighty, all-wise.

مَّا خَلْقُكُمْ وَلَا بَعْثُكُمْ إِلَّا كَنَفْسٍ وَٲحِدَةٍ‌ۗ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ سَمِيعُۢ بَصِيرٌ٢٨

мəə хōльќукум вəлəə бə'c̃укум ильлəə кəнəфсиу-вəəhидəh, иннə ллаhə сəмии'умм-бəсыыр

Your creation and your resurrection are not but as of a single soul. Indeed Allah is all-hearing, all-seeing.

أَلَمْ تَرَ أَنَّ ٱللَّهَ يُولِجُ ٱلَّيْلَ فِى ٱلنَّهَارِ وَيُولِجُ ٱلنَّهَارَ فِى ٱلَّيْلِ وَسَخَّرَ ٱلشَّمْسَ وَٱلْقَمَرَ كُلٌّ يَجْرِىٓ إِلَىٰٓ أَجَلٍ مُّسَمًّى وَأَنَّ ٱللَّهَ بِمَا تَعْمَلُونَ خَبِيرٌ٢٩

əлəм тəрō əннə ллаhə йуулиджу льлэйлə фии ннəhəəри вəйуулиджу ннəhəəрō фии льлэйли вəсəххōрō шшəмсə вəəльќōмəрō куллюй-йəджрии илəə əджəлимм-мусəммəу-вəəннə ллаhə бимəə тə'мəлююнə хōбиир

Have you not regarded that Allah makes the night pass into the day and makes the day pass into the night; and He has disposed the sun and the moon, each moving for a specified term, and that Allah is well aware of what you do?

ذَٲلِكَ بِأَنَّ ٱللَّهَ هُوَ ٱلْحَقُّ وَأَنَّ مَا يَدْعُونَ مِن دُونِهِ ٱلْبَـٰطِلُ وَأَنَّ ٱللَّهَ هُوَ ٱلْعَلِىُّ ٱلْكَبِيرُ٣٠

з̃əəликə биəннə ллаhə hувəль-həќќу вəəннə мəə йəд'уунə миӈ-дууниhиль-бəəт̣ылю вəəннə ллаhə hувəль-'əлиййуль-кəбиир

That is because Allah is the Reality, and whatever they invoke besides Him is nullity, and because Allah is the All-exalted, the All-great.

أَلَمْ تَرَ أَنَّ ٱلْفُلْكَ تَجْرِى فِى ٱلْبَحْرِ بِنِعْمَتِ ٱللَّهِ لِيُرِيَكُم مِّنْ ءَايَـٰتِهِۦٓ‌ۚ إِنَّ فِى ذَٲلِكَ لَأَيَـٰتٍ لِّكُلِّ صَبَّارٍ شَكُورٍ٣١

əлəм тəрō əннəль-фулькə тəджрии фииль-бəhри бини'мəти льлəhи лийурийəкум-мин əəйəəтиh, иннə фии з̃əəликə лə'əəйəəтил-ликулли сōббəəрин шəкуур

Have you not regarded that the ships sail at sea with Allah’s blessing, that He may show you some of His signs? There are indeed signs in that for every patient and grateful [servant].

وَإِذَا غَشِيَهُم مَّوْجٌ كَٱلظُّلَلِ دَعَوُاْ ٱللَّهَ مُخْلِصِينَ لَهُ ٱلدِّينَ فَلَمَّا نَجَّـٰهُمْ إِلَى ٱلْبَرِّ فَمِنْهُم مُّقْتَصِدٌ‌ۚ وَمَا يَجْحَدُ بِـَٔـايَـٰتِنَآ إِلَّا كُلُّ خَتَّارٍ كَفُورٍ٣٢

вəиз̃əə ґōшийəhум-мəуджун кə з̃з̃улəли дə'əву ллаhə мухлисыынə лəhу ддиинə фəлəммəə нəджджəəhум илəəль-бəрри фəминhум-муќтəсыд, вəмəə йəджhəду би'əəйəəтинəə ильлəə куллю хōттəəрин кəфуур

When waves cover them like awnings; they invoke Allah, putting exclusive faith in Him. But when He delivers them towards land, [only] some of them remain unswerving. No one will impugn Our signs except an ungrateful traitor.

يَـٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلنَّاسُ ٱتَّقُواْ رَبَّكُمْ وَٱخْشَوْاْ يَوْمًا لَّا يَجْزِى وَالِدٌ عَن وَلَدِهِۦ وَلَا مَوْلُودٌ هُوَ جَازٍ عَن وَالِدِهِۦ شَيْــًٔا‌ۚ إِنَّ وَعْدَ ٱللَّهِ حَقٌّ‌ۖ فَلَا تَغُرَّنَّكُمُ ٱلْحَيَوٲةُ ٱلدُّنْيَا وَلَا يَغُرَّنَّكُم بِٱللَّهِ ٱلْغَرُورُ٣٣

йəə əййуhəə ннəəсу-ттəќуу рōббəкум вəəхшəу йəумəль-лəə йəджзии вəəлидун 'əу-вəлəдиhи вəлəə мəулююдун hувə джəəзин 'əу-вəəлидиhи шэй'ə, иннə вə'дə ллаhи həќќ, фəлəə тəґуррōннəкумуль-həйəəту ддунйəə вəлəə йəґуррōннəкумм-биль-лəhиль-ґōруур

O mankind! Be wary of your Lord and fear the day when a father will not atone for his child, nor the child will atone for its father in any wise. Indeed Allah’s promise is true. So do not let the life of the world deceive you, nor let the Deceiver deceive you concerning Allah.

إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ عِندَهُۥ عِلْمُ ٱلسَّاعَةِ وَيُنَزِّلُ ٱلْغَيْثَ وَيَعْلَمُ مَا فِى ٱلْأَرْحَامِ‌ۖ وَمَا تَدْرِى نَفْسٌ مَّاذَا تَكْسِبُ غَدًا‌ۖ وَمَا تَدْرِى نَفْسُۢ بِأَىِّ أَرْضٍ تَمُوتُ‌ۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ عَلِيمٌ خَبِيرُۢ٣٤

иннə ллаhə 'иӈдəhу 'ильму ссəə'əти вəйунəззилюль-ґōйc̃ə вəйə'лəму мəə фииль-əрhəəм, вəмəə тəдрии нəфсумм-мəəз̃əə тəксибу ґōдə, вəмəə тəдрии нəфсумм-биəййи əрдын тəмуут, иннə ллаhə 'əлиимун хōбиир

Indeed the knowledge of the Hour is with Allah. He sends down the rain, and He knows what is in the wombs. No soul knows what it will earn tomorrow, and no soul knows in what land it will die. Indeed Allah is all-knowing, all-aware.
