7:184
أَوَلَمْ يَتَفَكَّرُوا ۗ مَا بِصَاحِبِهِم مِّن جِنَّةٍ ۚ إِنْ هُوَ إِلَّا نَذِيرٌ مُّبِينٌəвəлəм йəтəфəккəруу, мəə бисōōhибиhим-миŋŋ-джиннəh, ин hувə ильлəə нəз̃иирумм-мубиин
Have they not reflected that there is no madness in their companion, [and that] he is just a manifest warner? -
7:185
أَوَلَمْ يَنظُرُوا فِي مَلَكُوتِ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ وَمَا خَلَقَ اللَّهُ مِن شَيْءٍ وَأَنْ عَسَىٰ أَن يَكُونَ قَدِ اقْتَرَبَ أَجَلُهُمْ ۖ فَبِأَيِّ حَدِيثٍ بَعْدَهُ يُؤْمِنُونَəвəлəм йəŋŋз̃уруу фии мəлəкуутис-сəмəəвəəти вəəль`əрды вəмəə хōлəќōл-лаhу миŋŋ-шэй`иу-вə`əн 'əсəə əй-йəкуунə ќōди-ќтəрōбə əджəлюhум, фəби`əййи həдииc̃имм-бə'дəhу йу`минуун
Have they not contemplated the dominions of the heavens and the earth, and whatever things Allah has created, and that maybe their time has already drawn near? So what discourse will they believe after this?! -
7:187
يَسْأَلُونَكَ عَنِ السَّاعَةِ أَيَّانَ مُرْسَاهَا ۖ قُلْ إِنَّمَا عِلْمُهَا عِندَ رَبِّي ۖ لَا يُجَلِّيهَا لِوَقْتِهَا إِلَّا هُوَ ۚ ثَقُلَتْ فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ ۚ لَا تَأْتِيكُمْ إِلَّا بَغْتَةً ۗ يَسْأَلُونَكَ كَأَنَّكَ حَفِيٌّ عَنْهَا ۖ قُلْ إِنَّمَا عِلْمُهَا عِندَ اللَّهِ وَلَـٰكِنَّ أَكْثَرَ النَّاسِ لَا يَعْلَمُونَйəс`əлююнəкə 'əнис-сəə'əти əййəəнə мурсəəhəə, ќуль иннəмəə 'ильмуhəə 'иŋŋдə рōббий, лəə йуджəллииhəə ливəќтиhəə ильлəə hуу, c̃əќулəт фиис-сəмəəвəəти вəəль`əрд, лəə тə`тиикум ильлəə бəґтəh, йəс`əлююнəкə кə`əннəкə həфиййун 'əнhəə, ќуль иннəмəə 'ильмуhəə 'иŋŋдəл-лаhи вəлəəкиннə əкc̃əрōн-нəəси лəə йə'лəмуун
They question you concerning the Hour, when will it set in? Say, ‘Its knowledge is only with my Lord: none except Him shall manifest it at its time. It will weigh heavy on the heavens and the earth. It will not overtake you but suddenly.’ They ask you as if you were in the know of it. Say, ‘Its knowledge is only with Allah, but most people do not know.’ -
7:188
قُل لَّا أَمْلِكُ لِنَفْسِي نَفْعًا وَلَا ضَرًّا إِلَّا مَا شَاءَ اللَّهُ ۚ وَلَوْ كُنتُ أَعْلَمُ الْغَيْبَ لَاسْتَكْثَرْتُ مِنَ الْخَيْرِ وَمَا مَسَّنِيَ السُّوءُ ۚ إِنْ أَنَا إِلَّا نَذِيرٌ وَبَشِيرٌ لِّقَوْمٍ يُؤْمِنُونَќуль-лəə əмлику линəфсии нəф'əу-вəлəə дōррōн ильлəə мəə шəə`əл-лаh, вəлəу куŋŋту ə'лəмуль-ґōйбə лəəстəкc̃əрту минəль-хōйри вəмəə мəссəнийəс-суу, ин əнəə ильлəə нəз̃иируу-вəбəшиирул-лиќōумий-йу`минуун
Say, ‘I have no control over any benefit for myself, nor [over] any harm except what Allah may wish. Had I known the Unseen, I would have acquired much good, and no ill would have befallen me. I am only a warner and bearer of good news to a people who have faith.’ -
7:189
۞ هُوَ الَّذِي خَلَقَكُم مِّن نَّفْسٍ وَاحِدَةٍ وَجَعَلَ مِنْهَا زَوْجَهَا لِيَسْكُنَ إِلَيْهَا ۖ فَلَمَّا تَغَشَّاهَا حَمَلَتْ حَمْلًا خَفِيفًا فَمَرَّتْ بِهِ ۖ فَلَمَّا أَثْقَلَت دَّعَوَا اللَّهَ رَبَّهُمَا لَئِنْ آتَيْتَنَا صَالِحًا لَّنَكُونَنَّ مِنَ الشَّاكِرِينَhувəль-лəз̃ии хōлəќōкум-мин-нəфсиу-вəəhидəтиу-вəджə'əлə минhəə зəуджəhəə лийəскунə илəйhəə, фəлəммəə тəґōшшəəhəə həмəлəт həмлəн хōфиифəн фəмəррōт биh, фəлəммəə əc̃ќōлəд-дə'əвəл-лаhə рōббəhумəə лə`ин əəтəйтəнəə сōōлиhəль-лəнəкуунəннə минəш-шəəкириин
It is He who created you from a single soul, and made from it its mate, that he might find comfort with her. So when he had covered her, she bore a light burden and passed [some time] with it. When she had grown heavy, they both invoked Allah, their Lord: ‘If You give us a healthy [child], we will be surely grateful.’ -
7:190
فَلَمَّا آتَاهُمَا صَالِحًا جَعَلَا لَهُ شُرَكَاءَ فِيمَا آتَاهُمَا ۚ فَتَعَالَى اللَّهُ عَمَّا يُشْرِكُونَфəлəммəə əəтəəhумəə сōōлиhəн джə'əлəə лəhу шурōкəə`ə фиимəə əəтəəhумəə, фəтə'əəлəл-лаhу 'əммəə йушрикуун
Then when He gave them a healthy [child], they ascribed partners to Him in what He had given them. Exalted is Allah above [having] any partners that they ascribe [to Him]! -
7:193
وَإِن تَدْعُوهُمْ إِلَى الْهُدَىٰ لَا يَتَّبِعُوكُمْ ۚ سَوَاءٌ عَلَيْكُمْ أَدَعَوْتُمُوهُمْ أَمْ أَنتُمْ صَامِتُونَвə`иŋŋ-тəд'ууhум илəəль-hудəə лəə йəттəби'уукум, сəвəə`ун 'əлэйкум əдə'əутумууhум əм əŋŋтум сōōмитуун
If you call them to guidance, they will not follow you: it is the same to you whether you call them or whether you are silent. -
7:194
إِنَّ الَّذِينَ تَدْعُونَ مِن دُونِ اللَّهِ عِبَادٌ أَمْثَالُكُمْ ۖ فَادْعُوهُمْ فَلْيَسْتَجِيبُوا لَكُمْ إِن كُنتُمْ صَادِقِينَиннəль-лəз̃иинə тəд'уунə миŋŋ-дууниль-лəhи 'ибəəдун əмc̃əəлюкум, фəəд'ууhум фəльйəстəджиибуу лəкум иŋŋ-куŋŋтум сōōдиќиин
Indeed those whom you invoke besides Allah are creatures like you. So invoke them: they should answer you, if you are truthful. -
7:195
أَلَهُمْ أَرْجُلٌ يَمْشُونَ بِهَا ۖ أَمْ لَهُمْ أَيْدٍ يَبْطِشُونَ بِهَا ۖ أَمْ لَهُمْ أَعْيُنٌ يُبْصِرُونَ بِهَا ۖ أَمْ لَهُمْ آذَانٌ يَسْمَعُونَ بِهَا ۗ قُلِ ادْعُوا شُرَكَاءَكُمْ ثُمَّ كِيدُونِ فَلَا تُنظِرُونِəлəhум əрджулюй-йəмшуунə биhəə, əм лəhум əйдий-йəбтышуунə биhəə, əм лəhум ə'йунуй-йубсыруунə биhəə, əм лəhум əəз̃əəнуй-йəсмə'уунə биhəə, ќули-д'уу шурōкəə`əкум c̃уммə киидууни фəлəə туŋŋз̃ыруун
Do they have any feet to walk with? Do they have any hands to grasp with? Do they have any eyes to see with? Do they have any ears to hear with? Say, ‘Invoke your partners [that you ascribe to Allah] and try out your stratagems against me without granting me any respite. -
7:198
وَإِن تَدْعُوهُمْ إِلَى الْهُدَىٰ لَا يَسْمَعُوا ۖ وَتَرَاهُمْ يَنظُرُونَ إِلَيْكَ وَهُمْ لَا يُبْصِرُونَвə`иŋŋ-тəд'ууhум илəəль-hудəə лəə йəсмə'уу, вəтəрōōhум йəŋŋз̃уруунə илəйкə вəhум лəə йубсыруун
If you call them to guidance, they will not hear. You see them facing you, but they do not see.’ -
7:200
وَإِمَّا يَنزَغَنَّكَ مِنَ الشَّيْطَانِ نَزْغٌ فَاسْتَعِذْ بِاللَّهِ ۚ إِنَّهُ سَمِيعٌ عَلِيمٌвə`иммəə йəŋŋзəґōннəкə минəш-шэйтōōни нəзґун фəəстə'из̃ биль-лəh, иннəhу сəмии'ун 'əлиим
Should a temptation from Satan disturb you, invoke the protection of Allah; indeed He is all-hearing, all-knowing.
