3:81
وَإِذْ أَخَذَ اللَّهُ مِيثَاقَ النَّبِيِّينَ لَمَا آتَيْتُكُم مِّن كِتَابٍ وَحِكْمَةٍ ثُمَّ جَاءَكُمْ رَسُولٌ مُّصَدِّقٌ لِّمَا مَعَكُمْ لَتُؤْمِنُنَّ بِهِ وَلَتَنصُرُنَّهُ ۚ قَالَ أَأَقْرَرْتُمْ وَأَخَذْتُمْ عَلَىٰ ذَٰلِكُمْ إِصْرِي ۖ قَالُوا أَقْرَرْنَا ۚ قَالَ فَاشْهَدُوا وَأَنَا مَعَكُم مِّنَ الشَّاهِدِينَвə`из̃ əхōз̃əл-лаhу мииc̃əəќōн-нəбиййиинə лəмəə əəтəйтукум-миŋŋ-китəəбиу-вəhикмəтин c̃уммə джəə`əкум рōсуулюмм-мусōддиќул-лимəə мə'əкум лəту`минуннə биhи вəлəтəŋŋсуруннəh, ќōōлə ə`əќрōртум вə`əхōз̃тум 'əлəə з̃əəликум исрий, ќōōлюю əќрōрнəə, ќōōлə фəəшhəдуу вə`əнəə мə'əкум-минəш-шəəhидиин
When Allah took a compact concerning the prophets, [He said,] ‘Inasmuch as I have given you [the knowledge] of the Book and wisdom, should an apostle come to you thereafter confirming what is with you, you shall believe in him and help him.’ He said, ‘Do you pledge and accept My covenant on this condition?’ They said, ‘We pledge.’ He said, ‘Then be witnesses, and I, too, am among the witnesses along with you.’ -
3:83
أَفَغَيْرَ دِينِ اللَّهِ يَبْغُونَ وَلَهُ أَسْلَمَ مَن فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ طَوْعًا وَكَرْهًا وَإِلَيْهِ يُرْجَعُونَəфəґōйрō дииниль-лəhи йəбґуунə вəлəhу əслəмə мəŋŋ-фиис-сəмəəвəəти вəəль`əрды тōу'əу-вəкəрhəу-вə`илəйhи йурджə'уун
Do they seek a religion other than that of Allah, while to Him submits whoever there is in the heavens and the earth, willingly or unwillingly, and to Him they will be brought back? -
3:84
قُلْ آمَنَّا بِاللَّهِ وَمَا أُنزِلَ عَلَيْنَا وَمَا أُنزِلَ عَلَىٰ إِبْرَاهِيمَ وَإِسْمَاعِيلَ وَإِسْحَاقَ وَيَعْقُوبَ وَالْأَسْبَاطِ وَمَا أُوتِيَ مُوسَىٰ وَعِيسَىٰ وَالنَّبِيُّونَ مِن رَّبِّهِمْ لَا نُفَرِّقُ بَيْنَ أَحَدٍ مِّنْهُمْ وَنَحْنُ لَهُ مُسْلِمُونَќуль əəмəннəə биль-лəhи вəмəə уŋŋзилə 'əлэйнəə вəмəə уŋŋзилə 'əлəə ибрōōhиимə вə`исмəə'иилə вə`исhəəќō вəйə'ќуубə вəəль`əсбəəты вəмəə уутийə муусəə вə'иисəə вəн-нəбиййуунə мир-рōббиhим лəə нуфəрриќу бэйнə əhəдимм-минhум вəнəhну лəhу муслимуун
Say, ‘We have faith in Allah and in what has been sent down to us, and what was sent down to Abraham, Ishmael, Isaac, Jacob and the Tribes, and that which Moses, Jesus and the prophets were given by their Lord. We make no distinction between any of them, and to Him do we submit.’ -
3:85
وَمَن يَبْتَغِ غَيْرَ الْإِسْلَامِ دِينًا فَلَن يُقْبَلَ مِنْهُ وَهُوَ فِي الْآخِرَةِ مِنَ الْخَاسِرِينَвəмəй-йəбтəґи ґōйрōль-ислəəми диинəн фəлэй-йуќбəлə минhу вəhувə фииль-əəхырōти минəль-хōōсириин
Should anyone follow a religion other than Islam, it shall never be accepted from him, and he will be among the losers in the Hereafter. -
3:86
كَيْفَ يَهْدِي اللَّهُ قَوْمًا كَفَرُوا بَعْدَ إِيمَانِهِمْ وَشَهِدُوا أَنَّ الرَّسُولَ حَقٌّ وَجَاءَهُمُ الْبَيِّنَاتُ ۚ وَاللَّهُ لَا يَهْدِي الْقَوْمَ الظَّالِمِينَкəйфə йəhдиил-лаhу ќōумəн кəфəруу бə'дə иимəəниhим вəшəhидуу əннəр-рōсуулə həќќуу-вəджəə`əhумуль-бэййинəəт, вəл-лаhу лəə йəhдииль-ќōумəз̃-з̃ōōлимиин
How shall Allah guide a people who have disbelieved after their faith and [after] bearing witness that the Apostle is true, and [after] manifest proofs had come to them? Allah does not guide the wrongdoing lot. -
3:90
إِنَّ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا بَعْدَ إِيمَانِهِمْ ثُمَّ ازْدَادُوا كُفْرًا لَّن تُقْبَلَ تَوْبَتُهُمْ وَأُولَـٰئِكَ هُمُ الضَّالُّونَиннəль-лəз̃иинə кəфəруу бə'дə иимəəниhим c̃уммə-здəəдуу куфрōль-лəŋŋ-туќбəлə тəубəтуhум вə`уулəə`икə hумуд-дōōллююн
Indeed those who turn faithless after their faith, and then advance in faithlessness, their repentance will never be accepted, and it is they who are the astray. -
3:91
إِنَّ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا وَمَاتُوا وَهُمْ كُفَّارٌ فَلَن يُقْبَلَ مِنْ أَحَدِهِم مِّلْءُ الْأَرْضِ ذَهَبًا وَلَوِ افْتَدَىٰ بِهِ ۗ أُولَـٰئِكَ لَهُمْ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ وَمَا لَهُم مِّن نَّاصِرِينَиннəль-лəз̃иинə кəфəруу вəмəəтуу вəhум куффəəрун фəлэй-йуќбəлə мин əhəдиhим-миль`уль-əрды з̃əhəбəу-вəлəви-фтəдəə биh, уулəə`икə лəhум 'əз̃əəбун əлиимуу-вəмəə лəhум-мин-нəəсыриин
Indeed those who turn faithless and die while they are faithless, a world of gold will not be accepted from any of them should he offer it for ransom. For such there will be a painful punishment, and they will have no helpers. -
3:92
لَن تَنَالُوا الْبِرَّ حَتَّىٰ تُنفِقُوا مِمَّا تُحِبُّونَ ۚ وَمَا تُنفِقُوا مِن شَيْءٍ فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ بِهِ عَلِيمٌлəŋŋ-тəнəəлююль-биррō həттəə туŋŋфиќуу миммəə туhиббуун, вəмəə туŋŋфиќуу миŋŋ-шэй`ин фə`иннəл-лаhə биhи 'əлиим
You will never attain piety until you spend out of what you hold dear, and whatever you may spend of anything, Allah indeed knows it. -
3:93
۞ كُلُّ الطَّعَامِ كَانَ حِلًّا لِّبَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ إِلَّا مَا حَرَّمَ إِسْرَائِيلُ عَلَىٰ نَفْسِهِ مِن قَبْلِ أَن تُنَزَّلَ التَّوْرَاةُ ۗ قُلْ فَأْتُوا بِالتَّوْرَاةِ فَاتْلُوهَا إِن كُنتُمْ صَادِقِينَкуллют-тō'əəми кəəнə hильлəл-либəнии исрōō`иилə ильлəə мəə həррōмə исрōō`иилю 'əлəə нəфсиhи миŋŋ-ќōбли əŋŋ-тунəззəлəт-тəурōōh, ќуль фə`туу бит-тəурōōти фəəтлююhəə иŋŋ-куŋŋтум сōōдиќиин
All food was lawful to the Children of Israel except what Israel had forbidden himself before the Torah was sent down. Say, ‘Bring the Torah, and read it, if you are truthful.’ -
3:95
قُلْ صَدَقَ اللَّهُ ۗ فَاتَّبِعُوا مِلَّةَ إِبْرَاهِيمَ حَنِيفًا وَمَا كَانَ مِنَ الْمُشْرِكِينَќуль сōдəќōл-лаh, фəəттəби'уу мильлəтə ибрōōhиимə həниифəу-вəмəə кəəнə минəль-мушрикиин
Say, ‘Allah has spoken the truth; so follow the creed of Abraham, a Hanif, and he was not one of the polytheists. -
3:96
إِنَّ أَوَّلَ بَيْتٍ وُضِعَ لِلنَّاسِ لَلَّذِي بِبَكَّةَ مُبَارَكًا وَهُدًى لِّلْعَالَمِينَиннə əувəлə бэйтиу-вуды'ə лин-нəəси лəльлəз̃ии бибəккəтə мубəəрōкəу-вəhудəл-ли-ль-'əəлəмиин
Indeed the first house to be set up for mankind is the one at Bakkah, blessed and a guidance for all nations. -
3:97
فِيهِ آيَاتٌ بَيِّنَاتٌ مَّقَامُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ۖ وَمَن دَخَلَهُ كَانَ آمِنًا ۗ وَلِلَّهِ عَلَى النَّاسِ حِجُّ الْبَيْتِ مَنِ اسْتَطَاعَ إِلَيْهِ سَبِيلًا ۚ وَمَن كَفَرَ فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ غَنِيٌّ عَنِ الْعَالَمِينَфииhи əəйəəтумм-бэййинəəтумм-мəќōōму ибрōōhиим, вəмəŋŋ-дəхōлəhу кəəнə əəминə, вəлильлəhи 'əлəəн-нəəси hиджджуль-бэйти мəни-стəтōō'ə илəйhи сəбиилə, вəмəŋŋ-кəфəрō фə`иннəл-лаhə ґōниййун 'əниль-'əəлəмиин
In it are manifest signs [and] Abraham’s Station, and whoever enters it shall be secure. And it is the duty of mankind toward Allah to make pilgrimage to the House—for those who can afford the journey to it—and should anyone renege [on his obligation], Allah is indeed without need of the creatures. -
3:98
قُلْ يَا أَهْلَ الْكِتَابِ لِمَ تَكْفُرُونَ بِآيَاتِ اللَّهِ وَاللَّهُ شَهِيدٌ عَلَىٰ مَا تَعْمَلُونَќуль йəə əhлəль-китəəби лимə тəкфуруунə би`əəйəəтиль-лəhи вəл-лаhу шəhиидун 'əлəə мəə тə'мəлююн
Say, ‘O People of the Book! Why do you deny the signs of Allah, while Allah is witness to what you do?’ -
3:99
قُلْ يَا أَهْلَ الْكِتَابِ لِمَ تَصُدُّونَ عَن سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ مَنْ آمَنَ تَبْغُونَهَا عِوَجًا وَأَنتُمْ شُهَدَاءُ ۗ وَمَا اللَّهُ بِغَافِلٍ عَمَّا تَعْمَلُونَќуль йəə əhлəль-китəəби лимə тəсуддуунə 'əŋŋ-сəбиилиль-лəhи мəн əəмəнə тəбґуунəhəə 'ивəджəу-вə`əŋŋтум шуhəдəə, вəмəл-лаhу биґōōфилин 'əммəə тə'мəлююн
Say, ‘O People of the Book! why do you bar the faithful from the way of Allah, seeking to make it crooked, while you are witnesses [to its truthfulness]? And Allah is not oblivious of what you do.’ -
3:100
يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا إِن تُطِيعُوا فَرِيقًا مِّنَ الَّذِينَ أُوتُوا الْكِتَابَ يَرُدُّوكُم بَعْدَ إِيمَانِكُمْ كَافِرِينَйəə əййуhəəль-лəз̃иинə əəмəнуу иŋŋ-тутыы'уу фəрииќōмм-минəль-лəз̃иинə уутууль-китəəбə йəруддуукумм-бə'дə иимəəникум кəəфириин
O you who have faith, if you obey a part of those who were given the Book, they will turn you back, after your faith, into faithless ones.
